When orders surge, how to ensure accurate outbound delivery? These pose extreme challenges to the finished goods logistics system. As a key production base of a leading enterprise, Tsingtao Lü Lansha joined hands with Huashine Intelligent to build an integrated automated finished goods stereoscopic warehouse featuring high efficiency, intelligence and flexibility. This warehouse upgrade acts as a powerful accelerator for the company's entire supply chain.

01 Project Background
Prior to the project, the traditional finished goods warehouse at Lü Lansha Factory faced multiple drawbacks: excessive land occupation, bottlenecks in inbound and outbound efficiency, labor-reliant inventory management and difficulties in product traceability. Against growing market diversification and stricter requirements for order fulfillment speed, the original model could no longer sustain long-term business growth.
To accommodate production capacity expansion over the next 5 to 10 years, Tsingtao Lü Lansha embarked on the transformation from traditional manufacturing to smart manufacturing. The factory planned to construct a modern finished goods stereoscopic warehouse fully connected to packaging lines as a turnkey project. It required full-process automation and digital management covering finished goods offloading, warehousing, order picking, outbound delivery and loading at docks. The core requirements are as follows:
• High-efficiency inbound and outbound operations to handle intensive workflows during peak periods
• Flexible scheduling to support diverse processes including direct delivery of finished goods, empty pallet supply and residual stock storage in conventional warehouses
• Precise management with full tracking of pallets and products, as well as real-time inventory updates
• Maximized storage capacity within the limited factory space
02 Customized Solutions
Based on an in-depth survey of the factory, Huashine Intelligent delivered a tailored integrated solution combining intelligent equipment, high-density storage and software management platforms. The layout consists of a stereoscopic rack storage area and a conventional warehouse area, which complement each other. The conventional warehouse serves as a flexible supplement to the stereoscopic warehouse, and both are managed under a unified WMS system to enable flexible scheduling of residual goods and packaging materials.
1. Collaborative Operation of Intelligent Equipment
The system is equipped with multiple double-deep double-station stackers, together with single-station and double-station circulating RGVs, forming an efficient operation cluster. Featuring a double-deep design and double-station outbound platforms, the stackers greatly boost overall throughput. Serving as intelligent transport arteries, circulating RGVs handle material transit across inbound, outbound and conventional warehouse areas efficiently.

2. Streamlined Workflows for Complex Scenarios
The solution covers all material types including finished products, empty pallets and stretch films, as well as full workflows ranging from warehousing, storage, outbound delivery and direct shipment to waste disposal, ensuring seamless connection between every link:
Automatic empty pallet supply: The system automatically retrieves empty pallet stacks from the stereoscopic warehouse and delivers them to docking points of each packaging line via RGVs to guarantee uninterrupted production.
Intelligent inbound for finished goods: After offline inspection and barcode scanning, finished products are assigned optimal storage locations by the WMS. The WCS dispatches RGVs and stackers to complete automatic warehousing collaboratively.
Flexible outbound & direct shipment: The system picks goods from the stereoscopic warehouse according to orders, and supports manual replenishment from the conventional warehouse when needed. The direct shipment mode allows finished products to bypass warehousing and be transported directly to delivery docks, perfectly catering to fast turnover demands in peak seasons.
Closed-loop management of auxiliary materials: The system realizes automatic supply of stretch films and recycling of waste packaging materials, keeping production lines well-supplied and the workplace free of accumulated waste.
Full-process traceability: Barcode technology combined with the WMS enables full lifecycle tracking of pallets, finished products and related orders.

3. Unified Management via Software Platform
A unified WMS and WCS platform is deployed to centrally manage the stereoscopic warehouse, conventional warehouse, conveying systems, RGVs and stackers. Besides digital inventory counting, high-definition cameras installed on stackers support remote on-site inventory checking, making inventory management efficient and transparent.
